On 12th May, eight swimmers from Years 3 and 4 participated in the annual swimarathon at Cottesmore School, Surrey. It is a fund-raising event and this year the swimmers raised money for CHASE hospice care for children and support for families with life-limited children.
15 schools competed and the girls had to swim a continuous relay for 15 minutes. Our girls swam 43 lengths and came fifth. The winning school swam 49 lengths, so it was a close race.... continued below.
